Take your next step, with Taiwanese fans. For Japanese talent agencies and entertainment companies
From your first merchandise sale to a small event in Taiwan, we connect approvals on the Japan side with local operations in Taiwan and explore an approach to Taiwan that starts at a manageable scale.
Practical work in Taiwan, through one point of contact.
We clarify who makes decisions and who carries them out from the start, rather than asking you to hand everything over. The areas below are available to discuss; they are not a standard package delivered in full to every client.

02 / LISTEN FIRST
Before deciding to visit Taiwan, let's hear from the fans.
We organize which artists fans would like to see, preferred cities, and event formats, then propose ways to validate interest. Any sign-up campaign begins only after permission to publish, survey questions, and intended use have been agreed.
What we ask
Who, where, and how would you like to meet?
Artist / preferred city such as Taipei / format such as a talk, live show, or online event
What we provide
Aggregated summary without identifying individuals
Valid expressions of interest and the distribution of preferred cities and formats. Small groups of responses are combined; personal information is not shared as-is.
“Sign-ups showing interest” and “purchases” are different figures.Sign-up counts are not sales forecasts or attendance guarantees. We explain deduplication methods, reporting periods, and actual purchases separately. A dedicated demand sign-up and aggregation feature is planned for future development.

Separate revenue, refunds, platform fees, agreed contract costs, and settlement amount. Confirm currency, tax basis, and calculation terms first.
Amount
Files contain only clearly marked fields to replace. They include no actual results, customer information, or amounts. Use verified records and contract terms when filling them in.
03 / START SMALL
Instead of going big right away, start with one small event that can lead to the next.
We review the budget, rights, and production and operating capacity, then choose a workable format. Prices, attendance, and sales volumes are not promised uniformly; they are agreed for each proposal.
01
Preorders for official merchandise

02
Online programs

What to confirm first
Streaming method, appearance time, interpretation, recording, and viewing terms

Venue, appearance and travel terms, required procedures, and operating costs

Actual attendance, merchandise sales, operational workload, and intent to attend again
04–09 / WORK WITH CLARITY
Language, rights, and money. Move forward with clear terms.
The following are operating principles to confirm when working together. Items marked “planned” are not automated features currently available.
04
Japanese and Traditional Chinese promotion review
Approval workflow planned
The Taiwan side drafts the translation → the Japan side reviews → revisions are made → the approved copy is published. We agree that nothing will be published as official information before approval.
The policy is to record version numbers, approvers, approval dates and times, and publication destinations. A dedicated version control and approval feature is planned, so the actual review method will be agreed at the outset.
05
Workspace for each company
Dedicated feature planned
We aim for an arrangement where each company handles only its own artists, products, events, and reports, with Taiwan-based staff assisting within authorized limits.
We do not claim that company-level data separation is currently available. Until access controls and data separation have been validated, we will not ask you to place multiple companies' confidential information in a shared management dashboard.
06
Reports to understand fans in Taiwan
Metrics and aggregation method agreed individually
We track follows, expressions of interest, purchases, attendance, and repeat purchases as separate metrics to inform the decision about whether to hold another event in Taiwan.
We specify the period, population, deduplication, and data coverage. We do not fill unavailable metrics with estimates. A dedicated agency reporting feature is planned for future development.
07
Clear view of revenue and costs
Terms confirmed in the contract
Review sales, refunds, platform fees, agreed expenses, and the amount scheduled for settlement separately.
The contract sets the currency, exchange-rate date and conversion method, tax treatment, settlement timing, and transfer fees. Automated company-level settlement is planned for future development.
08
Distinguish official, authorized, and fan-submitted proposals
Confirm rights before publication
We use wording that keeps “official collaboration,” “authorized sales,” and “fan proposals” clearly distinct.
Confirm the scope and term of permissions for names, photos, logos, translations, and merchandising. Fan interest alone is never presented as confirmation of an appearance or official partnership.
09
Collaboration checklist for Taiwan events
Agree on operations for each proposal
We clarify owners and deadlines for submitting materials, reviewing translations, launching promotion and sales, preparing the venue, managing entry and merchandise or product pickup, and day-of contacts.
This also covers who approves changes, emergency contacts, postponement or cancellation, and post-event reporting and settlement. A dedicated shared project tracking feature is planned.
NEXT STEP
From discussion to delivery.
01
Align on goals
We learn your goals and current situation, then identify information that can be shared.
02
Shape a small-scale proposal
We propose the support scope, costs, responsibilities, and criteria for next steps.
03
Agree and proceed
We confirm rights, contracts, and promotional content before getting started.
04
Review and plan what comes next
We review the actual results and consider the scale of a future event.
Recruitment, sales, and promotion begin after contracts, required permissions, and responsibilities have been confirmed.
